Ryan's 6th Birthday and more

Ryan's Happy 6th Birthday!
We had the party on his birthday.  The bounce house came the day before. So, him and the neighbor kids were bouncing for just about 24 hours straight. lol
Below is Ryan on his birthday wearing the birthday hat he got from school in June.  His Kindergarten teacher celebrated his birthday before the summer so he wouldn't be left out. He keep the hat to wear on his real birthday.  The theme was transformers.  That is the shirt he has on.

Sorry some pictures didn't want to rotate . Ryan sticking his head out of the bounce house.

It was all science and it was from 9-12 Mon. -Fri. He loved it! We will have to do the same next year. His first time at camp was a success !

Lastly, Ryan's first day of first grade.  He had a great day. He had recess twice and his teacher is nice.  He fell at recess but didn't cry.  He said "I was having so much fun, I forgot I was at school."

End of the Summer 2013

These are the pictures from the rest of the summer. Not including Ryan's 6th birthday.

Above Ryan at the summer concert. He had a great time and some of his friends were there too.

Above and below Ryan's first time at 6 Flags with our friends.  It was a cold day but Ryan and his friends went in the water anyways.
Above is Ryan's $10 LONG hot dog
Above is our friends Sara and her little brother who is also Ryan.  He is Ryan K. and is only 1 year and a few days younger the Ryan.
We know A LOT of Ryan's these days. :)
Above and below is Ryan at the playground on our vacation to Cape Cod.  We stayed for a week in West Yarmouth. And had a great time!

At the restaurant we ate outside on the water
This is also at the restaurant.  He got a free Frisbee with his meal (that he didn't like, oh well)
Above is at the candy store.  The bear is the greeter. It is called Kandy Korner
Dad and Ryan with their shark tooth necklaces.
We actually spent three days at the beach. Not long each day but Ryan and I were happy.  Jeff isn't a big fan of the beach. But we all had fun!  Above is Ryan's castle and moat.
We had to get ice cream on vacation. We went to the Sundae School. That is where I went when I was a kid.

We got Ryan a boogie board.  He LOVED it! It has a little window on it and he can see sea life while he is on the board.  He doesn't go out far. But we saw a horseshoe crab and tiny jelly fish that didn't sting.

Above is Ryan swimming in the 9 foot deep pool at the hotel without a problem.  He is getting to be a great swimmer.
Above the day we left from the Cape Cod, it was raining and we had turkeys outside our window saying bye to us.
When we got back from vacation we went to the zoo with our friends. Above to the left is Remi and to the right is Ryan P.
train ride with friends at the zoo
Ryan got to feed the giraffe at the zoo.  He had to climb up a stair case to do it.
They had a park at the zoo as well. Ryan hanging on the toy turtle at the park.
One of the days (above) we got to visit (when we were close to my parents house) my friend Corey.  Ryan relaxed in her hammock in her backyard.
 Kisses from the Scraps

Above when Jeff was away on business. Ryan couldn't sleep.  Ryan never sleeps in our bed only if he is sick.  I said just this once you can sleep with me.  Scrappy always sleeps with us. Here are the boys sleeping together on Jeff's side of the bed.
Lastly, a week before school started Ryan and I went to our friend Remi's house for a pool party.  Ryan jumped (didn't dive) off the diving board into 9 foot deep water without a problem. He loved it!
