First Baseball game and Petting Farm

On Saturday May 30, we took Ryan to his first baseball game. It is a minor league team called the Brockton Rox out of Brockton, MA. We figure, we would start him off here before we try taking him to a pro game. Sure enough Ryan sat for about 15 minutes then wanted to go exploring. Lucky for us, it isn't a big stadium and it was getting close to bed time(8pm). When we got to the game there was a fire engine there. I guess it was fire safety night or something like that. We checked out the fire engine before going into the game. My uncle happens to be a fire man and was there. Ryan liked to look at the fire engine but didn't want to ride it. Maybe when he is older.

On Sunday, we went to our first Petting Farm. It is only about five minutes up the road from where we live. We have lived here for six years and never knew it was there. Jeff passed a sign for it on his way home from work. Ryan had a ball! He got to pet chickens, a donkey and a rabbit. We saw horses, sheep, a pig, roosters, a peacock and more up close and personal. We will have to go again.
